Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Bob Gregory, founder of Bob’s Computer Service. Ever since I was a kid, I have been fascinated by computers, taking them apart, rebuilding them, and learning what makes them tick. What started as helping friends and neighbors turned into a full-time mission to support Springfield, MA, homeowners and local businesses with friendly, reliable computer repair and IT support you can actually count on.
Technology changes fast, so I stay sharp through continuing education and ongoing training. Along with my A+ and Network+ certifications, I also hold Microsoft MS-900 and CompTIA Security+, and I’m always working on the next skill that helps clients stay secure, productive, and stress-free. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my wife and three kids, hiking the trails around Western Massachusetts, or out on the course as an avid disc golfer.
